Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos
Clean eating, gluten free, grain free, vegetarian.

 

These honey lime shrimp tacos are simple to make but full of flavor. They are one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ favorite clean eating recipes.

 

Ingredients for the tacos:


 

1 pound raw, peeled/ deveined shrimp

16 ounce canned corn

2 avocados, chopped

12 small corn tortillas

1 package cherry tomatoes, halved

4T lime juice

2T honey

2tsp garlic powder

1 cup sour cream

salt to taste
 


Directions:


Heat skillet on stove to medium heat. Add 2T lime and honey and stir until the two ingredients mix well then add shrimp, and stir.
While the shrimp cooks, mix 2T lime juice and cup of sour cream.
Drain corn then mix with halved tomatoes and add salt to taste.
Once shrimp is pink and cooked through, add ingredients evenly to tortillas and serve.
