Today’s blog is a quickie success story I wanted to share with you from a client who completed a 12 week transformation journey with me through my online personal training services, called #Commit2Fit. Her goal was to tone up and get on a workout schedule that she could sit with. What she did not mention is that most of her weeks were consumed with work travel. Here is her story…
I started up with the #Commit2Fit (online personal fitness training) after checking out Kyra Williams Fitness Facebook site. It seemed like Kyra knew what she was doing and her plan intrigued me. I tend to get bored very quickly so different workouts each week worked perfectly for me!
My goal was to not necessarily lose weight but to get more muscle definition and tone up some of my jiggly body parts. I have noticed an increase of muscle definition all over, but most noticeably in my quads, calves, abs and back! Another bonus that I wasn’t expecting or looking for was that my run pace has changed – for the better! I was running at an average of a 6:00km/h pace and now can run at a 5:35km/h average pace!! Wow!
Kyra is amazing at not letting a person fall into using excuses to not do what you’ve set out to do! I feel she truly wants to see everybody succeed at their goals!
I feel great and I eat a LOT (of clean eating recipes)!! I do not feel deprived food wise at all.
I am definitely signing up for #Commit2Fit online personal training again and would highly recommend it!
