Four times a year I offer small group online personal training for 25 – 30 women max. The program is called #Commit2Fit and it begins Monday, 7/6. Here is how we can work together through this amazing program.
#Commit2Fit is my 1:1 personal training program that opens four times a year, and our next round begins on 7/6.
I want to learn about your current eating habits, good and bad. I want to know what you enjoy eating, what your body doesn’t tolerate well, what you don’t like. I want to learn about your current daily workouts – are you working out each day? What you enjoy doing, what you don’t enjoy, what you have access to, etc.
We will create a daily workout program and clean eating meal plan that you will enjoy following. For you to stick to a plan long term, it needs to be a plan that fits into your lifestyle and you need to enjoy it, not feel resentment toward it.
Once we have you squared away on a plan, every single day I’m going to be checking in with you in our private Facebook group. This group is absolutely amazing as it’s filled with positive, motivated women with fitness goals similar to yours. We keep each other accountable and honest. It also helps me understand what is going on in your world and how I can best serve you.
I also email you once a week to get a deeper check in to see how things are going. We can tweak your plan as we go to ensure you are happy, feeling energized, not having cravings/ feeling hungry, and things work with your lifestyle. We also do monthly photo check ins to ensure you are getting results and if anything isn’t working, we make adjustments.
#Commit2Fit is very personalized and very hands on.
