Back in September I lied to you.

I said the last session of #Commit2Fit, my 1:1 coaching program, would be the last round I coached. My intent was to turn #Commit2Fit into a nutrition program and have my coaching clients separate.

But I didn’t have time to finish it.

The new program is going to have ten modules with videos and podcasts and worksheets – it’s ton of info, which means it’s a ton of work.

Since September I’ve traveled a bit, taken a Human Nutrition course at my community college (got an A, of course), worked with 35 clients 1:1, continued to build and maintain my website serving over 100 members, planned a wedding, kept up with my own daily workout routine, maintained multiple social media accounts, been a good dog mom and fiancee.. the list goes on.

And when I work 1:1 with clients, it’s a lot of work. First, when you join we do an assessment so I can get to know you WELL. I want to know all about your goals, your daily routines, your habits, your wants, your needs, what you eat..

Based on that I create a custom workout routine and nutrition plan SPECIFIC to you. Then over the next 12 weeks we are in constant communication talking about what how you are doing. We will discuss what you are doing well, what you need to improve upon. How you are feeling, how you could feel better. What we need to do to help you be your best self. So it’s a lot of work on my end, and it keeps me very busy.

So the moral of the story is that I’ve completed 3 of the 10 modules, but it’s not done, and I’m not ready.

Which means I WILL be coaching another round of #Commit2Fit started January 3rd going through the end of March, and that is good news for you.

I just wanted to let you know that back in September, when I said it was the last round of #Commit2Fit I would be coaching, that was not a marketing ploy. I had every intent of changing the program but I simply haven’t had the time to fully make the change.
