JM Press

JM Presses can be done on the floor, a bench, a stability ball or incline/ decline bench. Lie on your back and hold your dumbbells by your head. Using your triceps press them to where your arms are straight out from your body, with your hands in a neutral position.

JM Presses are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they focus on strengthening your triceps and will help with your lockout on bench press.
