Kale Chips
I had heard about these delightful treats a while back, but paid them no mind recently. Now I realize that I’ve wasted a good year or so of my life NOT eating these things!! Oh man… Here’s the recipe so you can stop wasting your life without these babies!!
Clean eating, vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, Primal, gluten free, grain free, lactose and dairy free
Ingredients:
1 bundle of kale
Olive oil cooking spray
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*
Tear the leaves off the thick stems into bite size pieces then spread out on cookie sheets. Spray with olive oil cooking spray.Sprinklewith sea salt or your seasonings of choice.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are brown and kale is crispy when moved in pan. They will be crunchy and when you bite them they should sound like walking through leaves in the fall.
