Kettlebell Overhead Press

Begin with a kettlebell at your shoulder by cleaning it. You want your palms forward so the kettlebell is resting on the back of your hand and shoulder. Extend your elbow overhead to lockout, then lower back to your shoulder.

You can do kettlebell overhead presses with one or two kettlebells.
