Lateral Bear Crawls
Start with your hands and feet on the ground. Move hands and feet laterally to move to the right or left for the number of paces prescribed in the workout.
Lateral bear crawls are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they will increase your shoulder strength and stability, core strength and is a great way to warm up all of your muscles and joints.
