Lateral Step Ups
Stand to the side of a bench, step or something sturdy. Step up onto this, making sure you are in control at the top before lowering down. Use something that is about the height of your knee cap.
Lateral step ups are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they will help you increase your leg and glute strength as well as hip, knee and ankle stability.
