Lettuce Wraps

You can mix up the ingredients for these Lettuce Wraps, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, but during show prep my dinners consisted solely of lean protein, veggies and oil.

Clean eating, Paleo, Primal, gluten free, grain free, lactose and dairy free, low carb

 

 

Ingredients:

4 oz 99% lean ground turkey breast

1 cup broccoli slaw

4 large pieces hydroponic lettuce

1 Tablespoonolive oil

 

 

Directions:

Sauté turkey, broccoli slaw and oil in a pan until meat cooks through.

Divide into equal part and add to lettuce, then wrap. Grab a napkin because this could get messy!
