My #Commit2Fit Client Mallory is a full time teacher who found the time to get in strength training, meal prep and clean eating meals and her effort paid off. She’s been “shredding for a wedding,” but these are the kind of results that will last a lifetime.

 

 

I found Kyra about 3 years ago, I was going to do a bikini body show. I needed to find a good workout program so I bought the Lean Body Workout Program. I started the program and then got sick and had to have my tonsils taken out. I still followed Kyra but not much past that.

 

 

Then this past fall she said something about the Lean Body Workout Program and I wanted to be a part of it so I did the Lean Body Workout Program and joined the Facebook group for it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I had been following Kyra online for a while and saw all the successes of her past clients. I thought, “dang I need this in my life,” so in January I signed up for #Commit2Fit. My goals were to learn how to have a proper meal plan. I did not want to live off of nutritional shakes and one meal a day. I also wanted to make workouts a habit that I could implement into my life.

 

 

At first my goal was to compete in a bikini contest, but now my goal is to be healthy. Physically I achieved toning of my body. I mostly want to look good in my wedding dress, so it has been nice to see. Emotionally I feel more connected with my body. I know when I am triggered to eat and can now switch it over to my daily workout plan. Mentally I feel so much stronger. I have found the more I do my workout routines the stronger my mind becomes. It has helped me center myself.

 

 

I had to overcome my schedule at work since I have a lot of night meetings. I also had to come to terms with my nutrition. I was eating less then 1600 calories in a day for the past 3 years so food is something I have needed to work with. My experience has been amazing. I love the food I am eating, I love lifting weights, I love how my body looks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have physically been able to lift heavier and workout longer since starting in January. I feel mentally stronger I now don’t eat every piece of candy or drink every soda in front of me. I have a better relationship with food then I ever have. I know what to eat and how to eat. I feel more emotionally connected to my body and experiences. I have loved this process.

 

 

I also had to let go of my comparisons to others. I am at a different point in my journey then other women and I needed to recognize that and honor my journey.

 

 

My experience working with Kyra is amazing. I love the positivity of the #Commit2Fit group. It keeps me motivated and helps keep me accountable and gives me a place to post about working out. I also enjoy the weekly check ins, the photos, and phone calls.

 

 

Another great aspect of #Commit2Fit are the relationships. I love that we post and talk online. Having a group of women who are part of the same journey, but on different paths is so fun and seeing each others progress is amazing. The connection with other women working to become their best person is so wonderful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I tell everyone I have the best trainer. The workout routines are challenging but not scary hard. They are designed for success. Everyone can feel good about what they are doing and they get results. It’s amazing.

 

 

I love this program and I can’t wait to show if my results at my wedding. You are amazing. You have truly changed my life.
