I had been following Kyra on Facebook and became inspired by seeing other clients’ journeys and decided to jump in. I‘ve been doing #Commit2Fit and love the group part of the program, having others to connect with really helps.
My goal was really to find workout routines that worked with my body type. I love the at home cross-fit like exercises! I like that every day the workout routines change. I did not get bored at all.
The first couple of weeks were so hard. I could not lift a whole lot and had to take quite of few breaks just to get through the workout routines but after the first two weeks I noticed such a change in my body and also my mind. I could make it through without stopping and didn’t have to modify exercises. But, muscles aren’t built in a week and sometimes you just have to push through and wait for the results to come.
I love, love, love the every day personal fitness calendar and the fact that it is all laid out for me with the videos to watch. Without the videos I would have been lost on some of the workout routines.
I also found a great accountability partner, the photos held me accountable for the week and I enjoyed the ability to ask questions by email whenever I felt the need.
I would recommend #Commit2Fit because I think we all just want to feel like we have someone to show us the way and help us find a better version of ourselves. I felt I got that the whole time.
Whatever program you are trying. Dedicate yourself 100 percent. You wanted it, you paid for it, now put in the work….It will be hard and will make you cry at times but in the end it will be worth it.
I just want to thank you for giving me a great program at an affordable price that I really enjoyed.
