I had been wanting/needing to do something to lose weight as I was feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, my clothes were tight and I was feeling unhappy. Once I saw Laurie’s results, I knew I could trust your program as I know Laurie personally so I signed up for #Commit2Fit. My goals were to lose weight and find myself again. I have had a long list of medical issues and continue to have new ones pop up.

The #Commit2Fit Facebook group is amazing, and everyone is so supportive and non-judgmental. Kyra is very helpful and never made me feel dumb for asking questions.
Since joining, I feel more confident and also thinner! For example, I went from not feeling comfortable taking a selfie to being able to post a video of me doing exercises from my daily workout plan to the group Facebook page to ensure I was doing them correctly.
It took me a few weeks to feel more comfortable going to the gym. I felt weird at the gym because I felt I was being laughed at for not knowing what I was doing or if I was doing an exercise right. I feel much more confident walking into the gym to do my daily workouts and am feeling like I understand the exercises more without having to watch Kyra’s videos as much.
I had to overcome my negative feelings of self-worth. I had to learn to believe in myself again. I can see a huge change in my body, I have totally lost lots of inches and my clothes fit much better now. I do not feel chubby anymore. Overall I am sleeping better, I feel better, and look better!

#Commit2Fit is great, from emails from Kyra, her website, and the Facebook group, all super easy and easy to navigate.
For me the greatest benefit of #Commit2Fit is understanding what to eat and the daily workout plans that were given to me. I was an avid runner for many years. Running was my out, I never really lifted because I had no clue what to do. But in March of 2017, I had to get a partial knee replacement at 36 yrs old, and running was swept out from under me. Something I had passion and drive for was gone so I had to figure out a new normal without running. I picked up biking but I wasn’t losing weight/inches like I wanted and biking you have to ride for a couple of hours to get a good workout, which was hard for me to fit in because of work, kids, and husband.
Being part of #Commit2Fit feels like being part of a team, even though we do everything on our own. We celebrate our non scale victories together and recognize that losing weight isn’t as important as seeing results.
I would definitely recommend #Commit2Fit to others along with Kyra’s membership site as I am living proof that you can achieve results if you are taught what you need to do. You can change things if you yourself are driven to change. I went from being nervous to walking into a gym for my daily workouts to being able to video myself at the gym doing an exercise to share with our Facebook group. That in itself was a huge accomplishment for me, as I hate my picture taken in general. I learned to love myself again and not be so frustrated about not being able to run anymore due to my weird medical issues.

Jump into something and give it everything you have, but you have to want to change. You can do anything you put your mind to. Also it’s ok to fail, as long as you pick back up where you left off the next day. What I mean by this if you have more than one cheat meal a week or you feel like eating chips instead of the recommended food items, just turn around the next meal and eat correctly and keep plugging along. Do not let one mistake ruin the rest of your progress.
Also, do not let the scale not moving affect your thought process, if you can see visual progress and/or your clothes are fitting better than before that’s a victory!
