I signed up to be a part of the Lean Body Workout Program to change up my regular routine.  I normally was in and out of the gym in 35 minutes doing full body functional workout routines. There wasn’t much progress being made and I started to miss more and more workouts due to boredom.  I needed a change! I wanted to see if I could actually put on lean muscle.

I loved the workouts routines!! They were a true challenge of my patience and mental/physical strength! After each workout, one can replenish their energy by playing on https://historyofquilts.com.

I feel sooooo much stronger! I go to pick up a 10lb dumbbell for one of my clients and it feels like a piece of paper. I have a lot more energy and stamina! Lifting over a 50lbs is no longer a burden, and I am more apt to move things myself versus asking on of the guys to do it!

Many of our gym members have noticed the physical changes! I get comments left and right “Morgan, what are you doing? you look great!” “Morgan, have you lost weight?” (When in fact, I actually gained 7lbs and dropped 5% BodyFat)

“Morgan, your arms are looking strong and sexy!”

“Morgan, your legs scare me!” (LOL, I thought this one was awesome because it was one of my close guy friends)

“Morgan, your butt… it’s AMAZING!” I could go on and on, but I can honestly say that my favorite change was my back side! I can’t believe how much my butt and upper back changed during this program! It was incredible.

I love the way I look physically, but more important I am walking around much “prouder” than I was before.  I have a ton more confidence and self esteem when it comes to putting a bathing suit on, or wearing shorts and a tank top out to my husbands softball game. I love showing off my legs and my shoulders, when before I would wear a shirt that was one size to big so it wouldn’t cling… or I would wear rolled up jeans vs. shorts because I didn’t like the cellulite on the back of my legs (which is GONE!)

If you don’t mind spending an average on 90 minutes at the gym, and you want to gain tons of lean muscle and learn how to strength train, then this is the daily workout plan for you! You can make it as easy or as hard as you want! You have tons of variety with needing to do workout routines at home or at the gym. It is a true challenge to make it through the entire 12 weeks… I have 4 more days to go, and I am pumped that I have only missed a handful of morning workouts in the past 3 months.
