As a personal trainer herself, Andi reached out for help with daily workout plans and a meal plan to lose weight so she could find the most confident version of herself. Here is her story…

 

As a past client of Kyra’s, I jumped at the chance to be a part of her #Commit2Fit online training program. I found myself two months from being a certified personal trainer and three months away from a handful of races. Not only did I have the desire to drop my body fat and look like a personal trainer, I also had performance goals to meet. I knew that training one on one with her was just what I needed.

 

Her meal plans and daily workout plan were challenging and fun! She would respond to my email questions within 24 hours and frequently followed each week with questions to see how I was doing.

 

My favorite thing about training with Kyra was how she would motivate me to stay disciplined, not only in my fitness goals but in life! She really wants each and every one of her clients to be successful, in life, not just fitness. I was so motivated by her and her encouragement when I struggled with doubt. The accountability really made the difference for me to really focus and stay on track.
