Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken
These Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, delicious, but make sure you have plenty of water.. you’re gonna be thirsty!
Clean eating, low carb, Paleo, Primal, Gluten free, grain free, dairy and lactose free
Ingredients:
8 – 2 oz oz chicken breast tenders (cut into two pieces, with fat already trimmed)
8 – .5 slices prosciutto
1 T olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
4 tsp oregano
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into 2 ounce tender pieces. Make sure to trim the fat.
Heat oil and garlic in a deep skillet, on medium.
Lay out prosciutto slices on cutting board, and sprinkle oregano on each one.
Wrap chicken in prosciutto and add to skillet.
Cook on each side for about 6 – 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
