Terms & Conditions
The membership to KyraWilliamsFitness.com is online personal training program and membership access to the site. You will receive workouts via email, members’ only website access for KyraWilliamsFitness.com and Kyra Williams fitness Facebook group from Kyra Williams. Upon sign up you will be contacted via email by Kyra within 48 business hours.
Prices on KyraWilliamsFitness.com are in US dollars and include a recurring monthly payment. Once signing up, you are obligated to pay the full amount listed at KyraWilliamsFitness.com/signup.
Transactions are handled via Stripe so everything is secure.
The mentorship with Kyra Williams is not a membership. In total the cost is $1499.99 for three months of mentorship access. Here is how it’s broken down:
There is a $50 fee for the initial consultation, but this is given back to you over the course of your payments. So rather than paying $50 at first, then paying $499.99 x 3, you pay $50 to start then pay $483.33 x 3. Once you pay the $50, the future payments begin in 7 days. These payments may not be canceled and are non-refundable. If you choose to pay in full ($1499.99) that will include the $50 consultation fee, which is non-refundable, and covers your three months of service.
When you join you pay $50 for the consultation fee. If you would like a refund on that fee (and have not done the consultation) you will receive your $50 back and all future payments will be canceled.

So if you paid $483.33 you would receive $433.33 back and future payments will be canceled. If you paid $1499.99 in full, you would receive $1449.99 back and future payments will be canceled.

Refunds

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from you without your explicit consent. We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies that could gather personal information about you or your online activities. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any personal information to third parties, as we do not collect any such information in the first place. Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child may have provided personal information on our website, please contact us, and we will take appropriate measures to remove that information. Even though we do not collect personal information, we take reasonable precautions to protect any non-personal information you provide through our website. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Privacy Policy on our website.
