Resistance Band Chest Press
Secure resistance band to something, then hold the handles in each hand and walk away from where the band is secured with your back to it. Begin by holding your hands up in front of your shoulders like you are going to punch forward, then press your arms out forward. You may do both at the same time, alternating or all of one at a time.
