Resistance Band Lat Pushdowns

Hook 2 – 3 resistance bands from above. Make sure if you use three, the outside two are equal resistance, and there is equal resistance all around. Use a PVC pipe or broom – something lightweight to go through the band loops.  For these you will want to keep your arms straight and push down from around eye level all the way to your hips. Make sure you think of pressing with your pinky and ring ringers to truly engage your lats.
