Shoulder Extension

These are meant to be completed with little resistance so make sure you use a light resistance band. Hold it in your hand with your palm(s) facing inward. Begin with your arm slightly out in front of your body, then bring it down by your side and slightly behind you.

Shoulder extensions with a light resistance band are part of Kyra Williams’ Personal Fitness Program and workout routines as they are good because we rarely move into extension with our shoulders and this keeps them healthy to move them in all ranges of motion.
