What happens when I join online personal training?
You will have immediate access to the workouts, free app, video demos and private Facebook group. I will also send you an email within 24 business hours to "meet" you, learn more about your goals, and walk you through the program. I will also send you a training manual to help you fully understand everything you have access to with online personal training so you can get the most out of your membership.
When you sign up or apply for the 1:1 Mentorship or Elite Experience you will hear back from me within 12 business hours to determine if we are the right fit. From there we will set up a consultation and I will guide you the entire way from there.
What is the difference between the basic membership, 1:1 coaching, mentorship and the ELITE experience?
The Basic Membership is just $15/month and includes daily workouts, access to a private Facebook group, and full website membership with helpful resources like courses, cookbooks, and templates. It’s a no-commitment option that offers great value and flexibility. The 1:1 Coaching tier is $150/month with a 12-week commitment and includes everything in Basic, plus customized macro adjustments, bi-weekly check-ins, and personalized support to help you stay on track. For even more guidance, the Mentorship program is $400/month for 12 weeks and adds fully customized workout programming and daily texting access, offering more frequent, in-depth coaching. The Elite Experience is the most high-touch option, with a 6-month minimum commitment. It includes everything in Mentorship, plus weekly Zoom calls and hair tissue mineral analysis every 12 weeks. This tier is designed for women dealing with deeper health issues like hormone imbalances, thyroid challenges, or stubborn fat loss and provides the most advanced level of support and accountability.
Can I upgrade my plan?

How does the billing work?
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include a recurring monthly payment, which is processed securely through Stripe. By signing up, you agree to the full amount listed on the signup page and authorize monthly billing until cancellation.
What is the cancelation policy?
For the Basic Membership, you can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice by emailing Kyra@KyraWilliamsFitness.com. The 1:1 Coaching and Mentorship programs require a minimum commitment of three months, and you must give 30 days' notice via email to cancel. The Elite Experience requires a six-month minimum commitment and also requires 30 days’ notice via email to cancel. What is your refund/ guarantee policy?
Because this is a service-based and digital program, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes the website membership, 21 Day Challenge, Booty Workout Plan, Home Workout Program, Nutrition Program or Meal Plan, Customized Workout Program, Coaching Calls, 1:1 Coaching, Mentorship, Weekly Meal Plan, and The Elite Experience. There are no returns, and no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

Do you offer phone calls, video chats, etc?
For the basic membership and group coaching, you can add on one-time calls at KyraWilliamsFitness.com/addons as they do not come with that level of service. However if you need help with form on a lift, you can always upload your videos to our private Facebook group and I am happy to help there.
For the Elite Experience, yes, we will have weekly meetings.
What equipment is needed?
For workouts you will need dumbbells, resistance bands, a stability ball and a jump rope. If you have kettlebells, a barbell and plates, a bench or box and perhaps a medicine ball, that is awesome, but not required.
For the nutrition program a food scale will be required.
What level are the workouts?
As a member of Kyra Williams Fitness, 1:1 and mentorship coaching, workouts are the same no matter what level. Expect to see movements like lunges, chest press, squats and burpees. If you are a beginner, using less weight while mastering the movement is recommended. Doing 3-4 days rather than diving into all six each week is also recommended, or even breaking up three workouts into six days could be a way to build your endurance.
The strength workouts follow the progressive overload model for training. This is a method where you gradually increase the demand on your muscles over time—by adding weight, reps, or intensity—to build strength, muscle, and endurance. It’s one of the most effective ways to ensure consistent progress and avoid plateaus.
If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, there are opportunities for that. You will work to one, three and five rep maxes. You can add more weight.
I also offer modifications for some exercises to make them more approachable like side planks with one knee down as well as modifications to make exercises more difficult like doing a push up with one foot elevated.
In 1:1 and the Mentorship we will go through your schedule to ensure you are prioritizing the workouts that are best suited for your schedule and goals. However, in the Elite Experience, you and I will work together to create a plan for you based on your needs, your schedule and these workouts. We will create a custom plan entirely for you.
Can I do Orange Theory, CrossFit, running, etc and this?
I am a competitive CrossFit athlete myself and have been for over ten years. I know what it takes to be good at the sport and I know what it takes to drop fat while also getting stronger and faster. I am also an L2 coach so I can add whatever it takes to your program to help you get stronger and assist with your diet so that you are a better athlete and more comfortable in your skin. I always want my clients doing what makes them happy.
I also have run numerous half marathons and trained elite marathon runners - I have a lot of experience helping clients build strength in order to run while remaining strong and injury free!
I have obstacle course and road races coming up - should I still do this?
Yes. In fact you SHOULD do this. Part of being prepared for an event like this and be a healthy while doing so involves strength training. Having a strong core, strong back and healthy joints is crucial to injury prevention. This program includes so much single arm/ leg work that will keep your muscles balanced and stable which will keep you healthy as you train for your event.
I truly love helping my clients prepare for their races and hit PR's. I have experience training runners with distances from 5k to ultra marathons, triathlon sprints and even the Toughest Mudder!
I work odd/ long hours. Will this work for me?
Of course! We all have very different schedules and your plan – food and workouts, must work for you. That’s what I am here for – to listen to your needs and make sure you can follow your plan. If it’s not accessible for you then you will not have success. I can help you work around any kind of schedule. Not to mention, when you work odd hours it makes it harder to get to a class, see a trainer or even make it during your gym's open hours. My program allows you to workout from home, on your own time.
What if I have specific dietary needs such as gluten free, auto immune issues or I am vegan?
I can work around any of your dietary needs with the exception of the vegan meal plan. These plans are not created by a computer, but by a human who understands the amount of calories you need to have energy during the day, but also be able to build muscle and lose fat. Working around certain dietary needs is not difficult to build into your plan and still ensure you get enough of each macronutrient your body needs. We will prioritize your gut health, ensure you are getting your micronutrients as well.
I have training through the Nutritional Therapy Association to use food as holistic, bio-individual approach to nutrition. The aim is to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness by addressing various aspects of health.
I am a Precision Nutrition coach and I am also a certified female fat loss nutrition specialist through Metabolic Effect.
I am educated in hormonal issues and have worked with and have a great depth of experience working with clients with the following issues.. thyroid (hyper and hypo), PCOS, peri and post menopause, pregnant, adrenal fatigue, auto immune and pre-diabetic.
