Spicy Tuna Salad
This spicy tuna salad, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, mix is excellent on top of a salad, crackers, bread or scooped with sliced peppers.
Clean eating, paleo, primal, gluten free, grain free, lactose and dairy free
Ingredients:
2.6 oz can tuna
1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup green olives, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
3 Tbs capers, rinsed
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs red chili flakes
1 -2 cups lettuce or mixed greens
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and serve over lettuce/ greens.
Serve immediately, or store it in the fridge for a day for more flavor.
