Squats with Dumbbells

Start with your feet about hip distance apart, then push your butt back and down so your hip crease is below your knees (below parallel), then stand, pressing through your heels, squeezing your glutes at the top. Hold your dumbbells in each hand by your shoulders. These a good replacement for front squats if you do not have a barbell.
