Sweet and Spicy Baby Bok Choy
This Sweet and Spicy Baby Bok Choy, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is a simple side. It would go great with a chicken or fish dish.
Clean eating, low carb, gluten free, grain free, lactose and dairy free.
Ingredients:
4 heads of baby bok choy
2 T coconut oil
2 packets stevia
pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions:
Place ingredients in deep frying pan, cover and let simmer on medium/ low setting for about 20 minutes to steam.
