Sweet and Spicy Baby Bok Choy
Clean eating, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, low carb
Ingredients:
4 heads of baby bok choy
2 T coconut oil
2 packets stevia
pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions:
Place ingredients in deep frying pan, cover and let simmer on medium/ low setting for about 20 minutes to steam.
