Sweet Green Pumpkin Smoothie

 

Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Grain Free, low carb, low fat
This Sweet Green Pumpkin Smoothie shake, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is awesome because it has casein AND whey protein.  A great fall treat.

Ingredients:
12 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 T sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch Pumpkin pie spice
Ice
Directions:
Blend.
