Swiss Chard Gone Nuts

Clean eating, vegan, vegetarian, low carb, dairy free, gluten free and grain free

Ingredients:
1 bunch swiss chard
1/4 cup cashews
1 Tbs olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash the chard and remove the tough stems then cut into thin strips.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add oil when the pan is hot. Add chard to the hot skillet, along with the cashews. Sauté, tossing occasionally, until the leaves just begin to wilt.
Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
