Turkey Roll Ups
These turkey roll ups, one of Kyra Williams Fitness’ clean eating recipes, is the fastest recipe on my site. Just take the ingredients and put them together – no cooking involved.
Clean eating, gluten free, low carb, grain free, lactose and dairy free
Ingredients:
6 low sodium, nitrate-free deli turkey slices
1 cup spinach
6 teaspoons mustard
2 tomato slices ( app. 1/2 inch thick)
Directions:
Lay out deli turkey and fold in half. Applegate Farms or Boar’s Head are more trustworthy brands.
Add spinach, tomato and mustard then roll up the turkey around the fixin’s.
