Turkey Sausage Egg Muffins
My most successful fat loss clients batch cook these egg muffins to have for on the go healthy breakfasts.
Ingredients
- 2 cup liquid egg whites
- 4 large eggs
- 1 medium/ large bell pepper finely diced
- 2 cups spinach chopped
- 10 Applegate Farms Savory Turkey Breakfast Sausages thawed, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- spray olive oil optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place liners in 12 large muffin tins or spray muffin tins with olive oil.
- Whisk whole eggs and whites in large bowl, then add the rest of your ingredients.
- Pour evenly into muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
