Turkey Sausage Egg Muffins

My most successful fat loss clients batch cook these egg muffins to have for on the go healthy breakfasts.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 medium/ large bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 10 Applegate Farms Savory Turkey Breakfast Sausages thawed, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • spray olive oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place liners in 12 large muffin tins or spray muffin tins with olive oil.
  • Whisk whole eggs and whites in large bowl, then add the rest of your ingredients.
  • Pour evenly into muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
