Not every BODY is the same.
Some people need more cardio than others to achieve their goals. Some people need an extra leg day. Some people have to work abs more.
For example, I’ve never had quads that pop. Over the years I’ve developed them by doing more quad dominant exercises.
And I personally have to do cardio almost daily to have the physique I like to have.
Some of my clients do cardio nearly everyday. Some only have to do it three times a week.
Some of my clients lack upper body strength so they have to do two or three times a week, where others only do upper body once or twice.
And while we can’t spot train, I have some clients who need a little extra help with their booties so we focus a little more there for them than others.
The point is that we are all different from our genes and pre-dispositions and while simply getting on any workout plan can help, having a workout plan for YOU is ideal if you truly want to achieve your goals.
