Windshield Wipers

Start by holding onto a pull up rig overhead. Lean back and bring both of your straight legs to meet your hands, then guide your legs over clockwise to 3 o’clock, then back back and over to 9 o’clock, then back up. These are really difficult so work on stability ball wipers to work up to these.
