If you want to support your immune system as it supports you as we go back to our #newnormal, keep in mind that our immune function starts with a healthy gut.
Focus on whole foods that come from the earth, first and foremost. Stay away from the foods with labels or are packaged. Try to steer clear of meat and dairy loaded with hormones- local farms can be great resources. Try to avoid pesticides if possible.
Definitely avoid things that you know cause gut irritation.
Continue to enjoy yourself and have your treats sporadically.. just be present and ENJOY them.
Don’t worry about anything else until you’ve mastered this.
And do it because you love yourself and because you know you deserve it.
