Once you have determined the right number of calories you should eat in a day, the quality of food you are eating and if you are eating the right foods for your body.  Then once your gut is healthy you can look at the hierarchy of the foods we ALL need to eat to burn fat and build muscle.

Essentially that will look like this..

MOSTLY  – veggies and protein (meat)

SOME – fat and carbs to feel satiated and satisfied

IN MODERATION – processed foods we love and tolerate well

TRY TO AVOID – processed foods we don’t love/ don’t tolerate well

NEVER – poison, GMO’s, soy
