Basic Mixed Berry Oatmeal

A wonderful and simple breakfast recipe that only takes a few minutes. Just add a protein shake and you've got yourself a quick meal. Gluten free. Dairy free. Vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • .33 cup coconut milk
  • .33 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
  • 4 oz frozen berry blend
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put .33c water, .33c coconut milk, frozen berries and agave in pot and bring to boil.
  • Stir in oats, reduce heat to medium let oats cook, stirring often.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt and enjoy.
