One of the most common ways I see women self sabotage is when they tell themselves that going to the gym for 20 minutes or only working out once or twice a week is not worth it.

There are days in my busy, busy life right now that I can’t finish all of my programming from my coach. I’m working so hard to get my site ready for you guys, wedding plan, vacation plan and be a coach, I could easily skip all together but I know the bit of time I do spend working out adds up.

Let’s take a book for example, as it has a definitive start and finish. If you read for ten minutes a day you could finish that book in about one, maybe two months.

Or thinking about calling your best friend for ten minutes.. you don’t need an hour to catch up or show you care or have your day made.

So if all you’ve got is ten minutes or one or two sessions a week, it’s worth it because it accumulates.

Allowing your mind to tell you not to bother is just another way of being lazy and not following through. It’s self sabotage.

It does not have to be black and white. It is worth it to spend time in the grey area, especially when that’s all you’ve got right now.

But the good news is that I can help you end self sabotage!
