Knowing what you need to do and taking action are two different things, and only one of them gets results.
Let’s say you know you burn 2800 calories a day and eating 2300 calories a day will help you lose fat, that’s great. Or if you know you should eat 140g of protein, 250g of carbs and 70g of fat, that’s cool too.
However, if you don’t apply these things and take action then they do you no good.
The same thing goes for working out. It doesn’t matter if you have the best workout plan in the world, if you don’t actually do it, you won’t get results.
As a coach I can help create a meal plan for you. We can determine the calories and macros to change your body composition. And I can give you a daily workout plan to follow.
I can even set you up on a plan that works for your lifestyle. Together, we can make that plan that is approachable for you, no matter what you have going on in life.
You are the one who actually has to follow through. Your goals must be a priority. It is up to you to do the things that will get you to where you want to be.
For example, things like meal prepping, writing out a weekly menu, scheduling daily workouts, joining a gym you enjoy, getting off social media and going to sleep, tracking your food..
None of this matters if you won’t do those things. If you aren’t willing to do those things, perhaps you should decide if you want to achieve this personal fitness goal.
Not knowing and not doing are two different things. If you don’t know what you are doing wrong or incorrectly, that’s where I can help you.
I can help you learn what you need to do like determine calories, macros, and a daily workout plan. I can even help you create the self awareness. Figuring out how you can be better with your time to prioritize these things can make a big difference.
