When Jessica first joined she canceled immediately, so I reached out to see why and get to know her. She said she wanted functional daily workouts to help her build strength and muscle and enjoy herself in the gym. I answered her questions and eased her mind and since then she has never looked back! Here is her story..

My journey to joining any form of Kyra Williams Fitness online personal training began years ago when I found her Facebook page. I was looking for fitness inspiration. Let’s be honest I had a girl crush! She was strong and super fit, doing non traditional workouts. Traditional “gym” daily workouts to me involve the smith machine and leg extension hip adductor and abductors mixed in with a bunch of other foolishness. I’ve always wanted a more functional approach and she aligned with that.

It took me YEARS to commit. I lurked from a distance liked her posts commented some times. I watched her have ups and downs in her own fitness journey and she was real and shared and helped everyone along the way.

Then she added me to Instagram and I was like “okay it’s time,” as she had a sale going that I couldn’t turn down. I still wasn’t sold I needed to experience her workouts to make a long term commitment. Well it didn’t take long and I was full on hooked. Now I’m the neighbourhood KWF pusher telling everyone I know how great her daily workouts are and what an incredible value it is to sign up!! 
 
My experience with Kyra Williams Fitness has been nothing short of amazing! She’s helped my change and stay challenged. She’s helped my become fully committed and love/embrace my strengths and work on my weaknesses.
 
I’ve made physical changes that I legit never thought possible and I’ve become stronger than ever! I have had goals for deadlift, bench and squat PR’s for years and within 3 months with KWF online personal training I crushed them.

I’ve also ALWAYS, I mean always, since I was a child wanted to be able to do pull-ups and chin-ups, again within 3 months I’m banging them out!! So cool and empowering. Physically I’ve learned that my excuse that I just wasn’t the body type to ever have abs is BS and that if I want them they are mine. By one year postpartum I will have them by continuing to follow Kyra’s guidance, I know that I am well on my way and it blows my mind!

Mentally I am so much more ready for a challenge and able to embrace challenges in my life. I’m happier knowing that I’m fully committed and not making excuses, I’m fit and able to keep up with my husband and kids and whatever I want to keep up with. 

To achieve my goals my main obstacles to overcome have been time, making it, and staying the course. I have had the same goals for a long long time and never stayed committed long enough and I didn’t fuel myself properly to achieve them. Loving what I’m doing has helped me to gain control of my physical fitness and mental fitness. 


Absolutely every KWF service I have experienced has been amazing. Her monthly membership is such an insanely amazing way to get started, to see her value. Her multifaceted education shines and really helps you get to where you want and need to be in your life. 
 
I also appreciate her online community of like minded individuals to help stay motivated and committed as well as her workouts. Kyra’s daily workouts are fun and challenging. Fun workouts are so important to keep you coming back for more and staying committed to this lifestyle
 
Her training and this program has helped me have more energy, helped me to stay committed and find pride in my abilities and lastly, I feel accountable to get workouts in even when I feel like skipping the gym, but helped me know what I NEED a rest day. 
 
For a million reasons I would recommend Kyra Williams Fitness and I do, almost daily. She’s great at what she does and provides exceptional value in her services. 
 
Just take a leap of faith! Quicker than I did. It’s worth it, you will never regret a workout you completed only the ones you skipped.

I’ve achieved so much already in a short time frame that honestly didn’t think was in the books for me. It’s beyond freaking cool so eliminate the ceiling to my potential and be open to whatever comes.
