As a thank you for checking out my new site I wanted to offer you a free one week meal plan. This five day meal plan (filled with clean eating recipes) will help you detox from sugar, increase your energy, lose fat and build lean muscle – try it for free!
Over the years of coaching clients, talking to women who wanna lose fat and build lean muscle and my own personal experiences, the only “rule” I think should be applied to everyone universally is to eat healthy, unprocessed, whole foods MOST of the time. Of course that leaves a lot of wiggle room, but that’s kinda the point.
And I do offer custom meal plans based on your wants and needs, but as I give this out to thousands of people I can’t follow YOUR specific needs, so I tried to just come up with something simple that if you follow, it will be good for you.
