The very first thing you MUST do to begin working on your health/ fitness/ physique goals is to have awareness. This is very broad, so let’s hone in on exactly what I mean..

First, you need to become aware of exactly what your goals are and WHY. If you want to lose 20 pounds, that is awesome, I can help you do that. But you need to fully understand WHY that is important to you.

Do you want to lose 20 pounds because you believe it will make you look better? Cool. But why do you think that and what do you think looking better will do for you? You think it will make you more confident? Cool! I love it, but why is that important to you? So you can begin standing up for yourself, ask for a raise or put your needs first? Awesome.

Do you want to be able to run a 5k without stopping? Awesome. I can help you do that. But why is that important to you? Because you think if you can run that far it will help you be more fit? Why is that important to you? So you can have more energy to play with your kids and have a long life? Awesome.

Having the awareness of why you want to achieve the goals you set for yourself is important because when it comes down to the grind of day to day life, you are going to need to come back to this. It is very easy to lose motivation after a few weeks and be okay with skipping the gym or not making a home cooked meal when you are tired, and we don’t want that.

Next, we need to look at your current habits. Are you skipping breakfast, then getting low blood sugar and making poor food choices during the day? Do you lack motivation to do your daily workout at the end of the day? We need to bring awareness to these things so we can change things up.

We don’t need to look super far in advance or try to make huge changes, but rather make small tweaks in your day to day habits to help you live in alignment with the person you want to be.

We cannot do that without awareness which is why I offer 1:1 coaching through my 12 week program, #Commit2Fit. I take a deep look at your daily habits and look at places we can make small changes so you can achieve those goals that mean so much to you.

We look at the daily details together. What are you eating for breakfast? Why are you binging on the weekends? Why do you put yourself last when it comes to dinner decisions? Why do you continue to skip your cardio workout routines?

We need to talk about this and bring this stuff to light to help you make the changes you need to make so you can achieve your personal fitness, health and physique goals!
