Cilantro Lime Rice
This is an excellent base for your clean eating bowl recipes. You should never have to settle for boring rice.

- 1 cup jasmine rice
- .5 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T lime juice
- 1.75 cups water
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Bring lime/ lemon juice and water to a boil.
Stir in rice, then leave covered on low for 20 minutes until rice is fully cooked.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
