Cran Apple Oats
The warming winter spices make this the most delicious breakfast oatmeal. Just serve with a side of scrambled eggs and you've got yourself a meal!

unsweetened coconut milk

gluten free quick cooking oats

diced apple

cranberries

maple syrup

cinnamon

clove
dash sea salt
Instructions
In a pot, bring 80mL coconut milk and 80mL water, apples and cranberries to a boil. This is 1/3c of each. (I pre-chop my apple and freeze along with cranberries.)
Add oats and bring to simmer, stirring often.
Add spices and maple at the end and mix together.
