Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rub chicken in olive oil on both sides then sprinkle with half of the herb mix, salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
While chicken is cooking, combine sour cream, 1/3c blueberries, vinegars and honey in a blender and process until smooth.
Chop salad greens, green onions, strawberries and blueberries.
Make two salads starting with salad greens, berries, chicken, then almonds and cheese. Finish with dressing and green onions.
