brussels sprouts
shaved

trimmed and chopped

napa cabbage

pear

honeycrisp apple
sliced

chicken breast

apple cider vinegar

olive oil

garlic
minced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
Add Brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage and toss to coat, then let sit for 30 minutes so they soften up.
When ready to serve, add pear, apple and chicken.
