Chicken Meatballs
These simple meatballs are easy to make AND easy to eat. They make great on the go snacks for anytime of the day. Change up the seasoning to change the flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chicken breast
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T poultry seasoning
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (I used Panko, but you could use gluten free, but the macros/ calories may change)
- .5 cup water
- .5 T salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and separate into 12 meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes on cookie sheet.
Notes
If you separate into 12 meatball, each meatball contains:
Calories – 11
Protein – 17.5g
Carbs – 4.5g
Fat – 2g
You can switch the breadcrumbs for gluten free, but the calories and macros will likely change. You can swap out the seasoning. I like this poultry seasoning, but you can mix it up for different flavors.
