Don’t settle for boring rice. Make big batches of this tasty cilantro lime rice to use as your base for bowls, lunches and dinners all week.
Cilantro Lime Rice
This is an excellent base for your clean eating bowl recipes. You should never have to settle for boring rice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- .5 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T lime juice
- 1.75 cups water
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions
- Bring lime/ lemon juice and water to a boil.
- Stir in rice, then leave covered on low for 20 minutes until rice is fully cooked.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
