Ingredients
  

  • .33 cup coconut milk
  • .33 cup water
  • .33 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
  • 2 oz banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 3.5 oz rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grated cardamom
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add water, coconut milk, banana and rhubarb to a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add oats, maple and salt and stir often until oatmeal is cooked.
  • Sprinkle with cardamom and enjoy.
