Why is asking for help so hard?

I mean, when we are asked for help, we WANT to do it, right?! If we know we like helping others, why wouldn’t others want to help us?

I’ve started asking for help more and more and my life is better for it. My fiancé helps me all the time. He helps with laundry, he cooks for me, he helps me work through things emotionally.. most of all he helps me reach things on the top shelf. LOL!

I have a coach who write my programming for me. Even though I am a personal trainer, someone else writes my daily workouts for me to make sure I am performing my best.

Asking someone to help in some capacity is rewarding for them – think of it that way if you struggle to ask for help.

Also, realize that you not wanting to ask for help is just your ego trying to make you believe you can do it all. Perhaps putting a new perspective on things will help you overcome this.

As someone in the health and fitness space, here are some ways I can assist you:

Membership to online training. I will write your workouts for you. That’s $13 a month.

Weekly meal plan. I will plan out your meals for a whole week and write out the instructions and shopping list. That’s $10.

I keep my prices really low because I want you to be able to afford it. I want you to be able to make healthy and informed choices in the kitchen and I want you to have a plan in the gym so you can get results.

I WANT to help you. Seriously. I do.

Your Coach,
Kyra
